You have one life to live — and how you age matters.
At Thrive At Your Home, we support adults 50+ who want to stay strong, capable, and independent, as well as caregivers who want to help their loved ones do the same.
Through simple, realistic strategies you can implement at home, we help support better metabolic health, lower inflammation, improved strength, sharper cognition, and greater long-term independence — so you can stay active, capable, and living life on your terms.
Because the goal is simple: be the oldest in the gym, not the youngest in assisted living.
Your health matters. Independence matters. The choice is yours.
The courses and lessons inside Thrive At Your Home are self-guided and self-paced, allowing you to move through the material in a way that fits your schedule and energy.
In addition, you will have direct access to both Hal and me inside the community for messaging and questions. You won’t be navigating this alone — we’re there to provide clarity, structure, and practical next steps as situations arise.
We recommend beginning in the “Start Here” section once enrolled and then progressing through the core lessons at your pace and then you can post questions directly into the community and Hal or myself will respond to you there.
You automatically roll into the monthly enrollment with a small fee if you want continued access after your initial six months.
However, you will receive an email prior to the monthly charge, and at that time you can either agree to continue or cancel the membership. You are not committed beyond the initial six-month program — it’s completely your choice whether to stay or stop.
Your 6 months membership starts on the day you join. If you join today, it will end 6 months from today.
After joining, we will send you the detailed assessment forms so we can review:
We will then schedule a dedicated call to review your assessment together in depth and outline your initial focus areas.
Including traveling with family, playing on the floor with grandchildren and getting back up confidently, hiking, gardening, exercising safely, driving longer distances with confidence, and living independently with less fear of falling.
