Traveling…adventure, seeing new countries, cultures and getting out of our comfort zone! Many people also think of vacation and the challenge of gaining weight from not eating the way they do at home.

How about traveling, feeling great and even losing a pound or two during your trip and still eating delicious and amazing food? I like to call it a “culinary adventure.”

As a certified health & wellness coach, I focus on delicious and healthy eating with my clients to improve their vitality, health and well-being. I also love to travel and explore the world with my husband, Brian, so I created On The Fly Retreats to combine both passions! An extension of Kamp Tidbits health and wellness coaching, On the Fly Retreats is all about experiencing one-of-a-kind culinary adventures and different cultures throughout the world while enjoying fun activities such as hiking, biking, snorkeling and much more. You CAN travel the world and learn to choose the best foods for you so you have energy, feel great and can fully enjoy the experience of your trip

We want to travel with positive and active people who enjoy great food and want to learn a new perspective about food. No requirements to eat a certain way, however an opportunity to “see the other side of the coin” regarding nutrition as I like to say.

I am combining the things I love,…travel, interesting foods and flavors, oceans, mountains and new friendships. Join us for new experiences and memories.
